🌿 Office Plant Care & Maintenance

Happy plants make for happier spaces—and I’m here to help yours thrive.

Running a business comes with a lot to manage—your plants shouldn’t be one more thing on the list. I offer gentle, consistent care to keep your office or business plants healthy, lush, and looking their best. Whether you’ve got a couple of green companions or a whole plant-filled corner, I’ll create a care routine that fits your space and your plants’ needs.

Services may include:

Watering, trimming, and leaf cleaning
Fertilizing and pest checks
Repotting when needed
Seasonal plant TLC
Help with plant replacement if one’s not doing so well

Initial Consultation – $60

We’ll walk through your space, check in on your plants, and talk through the best care schedule for your setup. From there, I’ll send over a simple plan with pricing based on how many plants you have and how often they’ll need love.

Ongoing visits can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

Repotting Services
Rooted in care, guided by intention.

When your plant’s roots start feeling cramped or the soil’s seen better days, it might be time for a refresh. Repotting not only gives your plant more room to grow—it’s a chance to renew its energy and set it up for an even more lush, vibrant life. I handle each plant gently and with love, just like my own.

Repotting Service Rate

$30 for up to 30 minutes
$60 for up to an hour
This covers the time, tools, and care that go into giving your plant a safe transition into its new space.

Soil + Potting Costs
Includes a nursery pot if needed and a custom soil blend tailored to your plant’s vibe.

Tiny babes (3”-4” pots): $8+
Mid-size beauties (5″-8″ pots): $16+
Larger-than-life plants (8”+): $30+
Big jungle queens (12”+): $50+
Rare plants w/ premium mix: $20+ depending on size and soil type

Add-ons

Moss pole install: $10+ per plant
(Moss poles start at $15 depending on size)

To Book a Repotting Session:
Send an email to Adi@MabuhayPlants.com to set up an appointment. Please include:
🌱 How many plants need repotting
🪴 Current pot sizes
📸 A photo if any plant is in a pot larger than 6″ or over 2 ft tall
🧾 If you know the plant types, feel free to include that too!

A $15 deposit is required to book your spot and goes toward your service total.

Cancellations/Reschedules
Life happens—we get it. Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.

🌿 Houseplant Consultations & Plant Diagnosis

Not sure what’s going on with your plant? Yellowing leaves, crispy tips, a mysterious lean? Let’s figure it out together. During a consultation, I’ll assess your plant’s condition and guide you on the best next steps—whether it’s a change in lighting, soil, repotting, or a bit of energetic cleansing. Each plant has its own story, and I’m here to help you listen.

In-Person Consultations

Perfect for locals who want a hands-on assessment.

$30 for 15 minutes
$60 for 30 minutes
$90 for 60 minutes

You’re welcome to bring your plant to me (or detailed photos if it’s too large or sensitive). We’ll talk through what’s going on and what your plant needs most.

Virtual Consultations

No matter where you are, we can still connect and care for your plants.

$30 for 15 minutes

We can chat via Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet, or text—whichever works best for you. Before our session, just send over clear photos and some notes about your plant’s symptoms. After our talk, you’ll have a care plan that feels doable and aligned with your plant’s unique rhythm.

🪴 Plant House Calls

Need a second set of hands—and eyes—on your plants? Let’s bring the plant clinic to you.

Whether your space is filled with tropical giants or a curated jungle corner, I can come to your home or office for a walkthrough and wellness check. We’ll talk through plant placement, lighting, care routines, and any concerns you may have. From there, I can recommend or schedule any follow-up services like repotting, soil refreshes, or plant maintenance.

House Call Fee: $125
Service Rate After Walkthrough: $75–$175/hr depending on job size and number of plants

📍 Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the immediate area—reach out and we’ll see what’s possible!

How many plants you’d like help with
A brief description of what’s going on
Preferred appointment type (in-person, virtual, or house call)
Photos (especially for plants over 2 ft or in pots over 6”)

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot:

$15 for consultations (applied to your final fee)
$50 for house calls (applied to the $125 fee)

Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Missed or late cancellations forfeit the deposit.

A plant installation consultation includes a walkthrough of your space (in-person or virtual), where we’ll discuss layout, light levels, ideal plant choices, and your design goals. I’ll offer recommendations based on your vibe, care preferences, and the natural energy of your space.

$60 – 30-minute consultation
$90 – 60-minute consultation

After our meeting, I’ll follow up with a personalized plant list, placement plan, and any next steps, like sourcing, delivery, or installation.
